Nurseries Serving Private Forest Owners
Nursery seedling bed
Each year, family forest landowners in Oregon are in the market for reliable sources of native forest tree seedlings for their reforestation projects. And each year the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) strives to connect these landowners with forest nurseries around the state through our annual publication entitled "Sources of Native Forest Nursery Seedlings."

ODF compiles and distributes this seedling catalog all over the state to our stewardship foresters, private landowners, county extension foresters, forestry consultants and contractors. In addition, landowners filing a notification with the ODF about their intent to harvest will receive a regionally-specific fact sheet (pdf). These fact sheets highlight forest nurseries with seedlings suitable for their planting zones/project(s), along with a reminder to order seedlings promptly.

If your nursery can help Oregon’s family forest landowners with their tree planting projects and would like to be included in our publications, please submit your seedling information using the form below.
